With this fruit parfait, I wanted to infuse the peaches with even more flavor! They’re soft, sweet, and with a touch of cinnamon. I also love the different textures in yogurt parfaits, from the creaminess of plant-based yogurt to the crunchiness of granola. I used a store-bought version for this recipe, but if you have some extra time, I would highly recommend this chocolate granola or this pumpkin granola. Maybe a great way to start getting into a Fall mood!
