Peach Yogurt Parfait

I’m a big fan of oatmeal for breakfast, but every once in a while, I love to mix it up with other quick breakfast ideas like this peach parfait.

With this fruit parfait, I wanted to infuse the peaches with even more flavor! They’re soft, sweet, and with a touch of cinnamon. I also love the different textures in yogurt parfaits, from the creaminess of plant-based yogurt to the crunchiness of granola. I used a store-bought version for this recipe, but if you have some extra time, I would highly recommend this chocolate granola or this pumpkin granola. Making an easy healthy breakfast, like this peach parfait, is the perfect way to have a nutritious breakfast that’s also tasty and satisfying! This peach yogurt parfait is great for busy mornings.


Yield: 3 servings

Prep time: 5 min

Cooking time: 5 min

Total time: 10 min


2 peaches

10 oz plant-based yogurt

1 cup granola

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp brown sugar


  1. Chop the peaches into small pieces

  2. Heat a pan. One it’s hot, add the peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-8 minutes until the peaches become soft.

  3. In a cup or jar, layer the yogurt, granola, and peaches. Repeat until you reach the top of the cup.

  4. Garnish the top with more peaches, shredded coconut, and cinnamon, That’s it! Breakfast is served.


  • Best enjoyed immediately. The peaches can be stored in airtight containers. Assembly once you’re ready to enjoy it!

  • You can omit the brown sugar or substitute with any liquid sweetener.
